Keeping food ready is easier with Merco Holding Cabinets. Now available, MHC-22-GEN and MHC-1, the holding cabinets allow flexibility and offer operations a wider menu variety. The cabinets' design and simple operating functions reduce the amount of time for an employee to clean and train with the holding cabinets, thus increasing patron approval by producing food items with quality in lesser amounts of time.
The MHC-22-GEN cabinet can hold four bins, which are poly-carbonate bins, and the MHC-1 can hold a single bin with "the ability to stack and mount horizontally and vertically for modularity."
New features with the MHC model include conduction heat, an independent upper and lower heating system with individual heat zones for each bin, cool touch, a small footprint, stainless steel construction, digital display for each bin, a six-hour timer with alarm and a programmable menu.
