The GC-89 Mobile Carving Station by Alto-Shaam
can be located at the end of a buffet line or at any special event celebration—“where
and when you need it.” A complete cooking station, the GC-89 comes equipped with
three lamps that are adjustable, each controlled by an on/off toggle switch, a hot
food holding well that houses two pans with a drain and drain plug, an
induction cook top with two burners, a ventilating system, a cutting board with
a gravy lane and three storage shelves leveled under the counter.
Made with polished brass railing and
encompassed by a guard of etched glass, the carving station displays well and
is able to be setup for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A black “Formica counter
surface” surrounds the two burners, and when not in use, the station’s
“downdraft” system withdrawals, leaving the unit clean.
