Belleco
now offers the Maestro Line of Pizza/Sandwich Ovens. Able to cook sandwiches in
less than a minute and present gourmet pizza, ovens are affordable, versatile
and easy to use. The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt that’s extended
for loading and unloading food items conveniently, heat shields that are easily
adjusted and a compressed design, fitting on a 30-inch counter.
Dubbed “The
Affordable Solution for Toasting/Baking,” the Maestro Line of Pizza/Sandwich
Ovens can cook pizzas that are either “fresh, frozen or par-baked style dough,”
sub-sandwiches, meatball subs and garlic bread. The machine can also do the
finishing touches on Mexican dishes, and can broil seafood, in which the
additional “sizzle platter” is needed.
The pizza ovens,
modeled as JPO-14 and JPO-18, come with either a 14.5 inch conveyor or an 18.5
inch conveyor. Utilizing fresh pizza dough, the JPO-14 can produce 14-16,
12-inch pizzas in an hour and 50-60, 5-inch pizzas and hour. The JPO-18 can
produce 10-12, 16-inch pizzas an hour, 14-16, 12-inch pizzas an hour and 90-110,
5-inch pizzas an hour. The sub-sandwich oven, modeled the JSO-14, is outfitted
with Quartz Infrared Elements.
