The innovative EdgeE steam table pan from Polar Ware includes a Grip-N-Lift edge that allows operators to grab and hold the pan easily and efficiently. Utilizing better energy efficiency, the steam table pan is also resistant to dents and bending, contains double strength in the corners and is made of 300-series stainless steel.
The EdgeE steam table pan is also equipped with dimpled corners, which frees food from build-up. With a conventional panned shape, the Edge rests well with other pans out in the market and features “anti-jam” corners. The pan also functions with wire grates, false bottoms and additional accessories.
