The Broil King’s Steamer

BroilKing Corporation now offers a stainless steel steamer that can hold up to 24 quarts of food. Electric, the steamer includes a steam basket with handles that are cool-touch, so baskets are easy to remove from the main steam chamber. With an adjustable thermostat that can heat food items as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit, the King’s steamer is also equipped with a steam basket that contains dividers for steaming different foods and a stainless steel lid. With the steamer, the operator can steam food products with different liquids for a variation of flavor, such as water, wine, beer or broth.

A subsidiary of Cadco, Ltd, BroilKing Corporation manufactures and markets foodservice equipment. Purchased by Cadco in 1999, BroilKing equips kitchens with “buffet servers, warming trays, griddles, portable ranges, countertop convection ovens, food steamer and many accessories.” Products are made in a high grade stainless steel finish.
