Cintas pulled back the curtain on the Sanis UltraClean system in Chicago at the NRA Show, drawing rave early reviews for the unique weekly super cleaning service. Due to increased demand from foodservice organizations, Cintas has expanded its broad range of business-to-business services to now include kitchen cleaning.
"Maintaining a clean kitchen is one of the most important aspects of any foodservice organization," says Brian Garry, Director-Segment Marketing, Cintas. "The health of patrons is a top concern of any restaurant operator. Our system makes it easier for restaurants to achieve a sanitary food preparation environment."
The service includes weekly visits by a trained Cintas technician who uses the Sanis UltraClean system which combines an indoor pressure washer and chemical injection with wet vacuum technology to clean and sanitize kitchens. The Sanis UltraClean system deep cleans and sanitizes kitchen surfaces and leaves a clean fresh scent. This unique system eliminates build-up and gets to surfaces brushes cannot reach.
"Cintas is the expert in restaurant cleaning," Garry adds. "We allow restaurant staff to do what they do best - provide a great experience by serving up a wonderful meal. Operators can have peace of mind that their kitchens are being deeply cleaned by a professional and not just spot cleaned by a tired staff member at the end of a busy shift."
