NRA Names Volz as Vice President, CFO
The National Restaurant Association has tasked Patrick Volz, a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, as the association's newest Executive Vice President and CFO. He joins the 89-year-old organization after 15 years with Marriott International, most recently heading global finance and accounting for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Volz assumes this key leadership position for an association that represents one of the largest industries in the country, employing more than 13.1 million people at nearly 1 million restaurant and foodservice locations, and generating annual sales of more than $558 billion. Working as CFO, Volz will be responsible for the effective direction, management and leadership of the association and its related entities in the areas of finance, accounting, business strategy and development. He will also provide strategic leadership for the organization by establishing financial long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
“Patrick Volz’s deep knowledge and experience will greatly benefit the National Restaurant Association and the important work it does for the restaurant and hospitality industry as a whole,” says National Restaurant Association President and CEO Dawn Sweeney. “ His record of success will strengthen the association as it plans for the future during a very challenging and exciting time for the industry.”
