The Vollrath Company has released a new line of Mobile Breath Guards designed to make it easier for buffets, caterers and other mobile foodservice operators to ensure food safety in any environment.
Ideal for single- or double-sided buffets, the guards are adjustable from 14.25 to 25.25 inches, and can be placed around most counter-top serving stations without impeding on diner access.
The guards are constructed of a rugged steal base and curved acrylic paneling for a contemporary design that is light and maneuverable, while still standing up to heavy use.
Three-, four- and five-foot lengths are available (to fit standard banquet tables) as well as single or back-to-back models. For more information, click here.
