The North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) announces its education session panel moderators and participants, providing a detailed look at the three macro issues presented at The NAFEM Show, Feb. 5-7, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Fla., USA.
Following the spotlight presentation each day, panelists provide additional insight into the three pivotal industry issues: sustainability, innovative thinking and future trends. Participants in each panel session provide a brief (5-10 minute), industry-specific presentation, followed by discussion and audience-driven Q&A.
