In the app, users will meet Wendy Wonton, who touts how a 12-cent serving of wonton strips can drive up the menu value of a salad by $1.69, and Terry Tortilla, who discusses the correlation between the growth of tortilla strips and tortilla soup on menus to the capture of an additional 50 cents profit per order by adding tortilla strips.
SFC Toppings also offers one- to two-minute videos with powerful research points that show how easy it is to turn pennies into dollars of profit — just by adding toppings to a menu item.
